A business sculpt at its crudest as of now ….

I cerebrate at times about - “An organization that asks its employees to do what that interests them and pays for them?”

I am a firm believer that every human on this Earth is special and will be possessing at least one, if not many adept dexterity/interest/ambitions.

Preponderantly it so happens that humans will not be able to identify this skill/interest in them and even if they identify it they would never pursue in it.

Lack of Opportunity, Financial Commitments, Fear of Failure, Improper Guidance, Family, Emotional, Funding, Ego, Recognition issues and many more such reasons make it difficult to live their dreams.

How it would be if there is a company in which you can define your own roles, responsibilities and targets??

How it would be if there is a company which will pay emoluments for doing what that interests you??

How it would be if there is a company which will share the profits earned because of you??

How it would be if there is a company which is totally employee centric??

I do comprehend that this idea is just in its pre-nascent stages and might create weird expressions on the face of people who read / listen about this, but my instincts says that this one will be a sure winner.

If everything goes as anticipated, I know about a company that will come to its existence in 2017 with the above said business model albeit a much matured one.

To end with, this ( as of now non existing) company already have a couple of people who are very much enthralled about this model and are willing to join as soon as the company comes to its existenceJ
